Built-in metamodel support for the Governments of Canada Strategic Reference Model (GSRM) has been added to QualiWare LifeCycle Manager product. Extensions to support the Public Service Reference Model and Municipal Reference Model (PSRM and MRM respectively) are expected in Q3/Q4 2010. 

GSRM uses public service vocabulary, formally defines many concepts critical to public administration such as program and service accountability, and accommodates the unique functions of government, types of government services, and patterns of public service delivery. Integral to the service patterns are a standard set of processes and service performance metrics which in turn support a common approach towards service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and cost modeling. Enhanced KPI support and analytics modeling features are scheduled to be available within QualiWare's product suite in Q3/Q4 2010.

GSRM standard service patterns can be rapidly customized and reused for any public sector initiative to describe, visualize and analyze both business and IM/IT services. GSRM enables cross-program alignment within and across jurisdictions and the identification of redundancies, gaps and opportunities for joint or integrated program or service delivery.
