Advanced Enterprise Services (AdvEnt) has a proven methodology for business optimization and change management, including unique process diagnostic tools, business architecture quality assurance methods and tools, as well as methods to ensure that resulting business processes and designs are customer focused, measurable, and deliver value to the organization.

Founded in 1999 by Steven E. Arbogast, following 31 years of business, information, and technology management at IBM, AdvEnt focuses on business optimization through continual improvement methods and techniques applied and proven for many years. AdvEnt provides business processes maturity assessments, process definition and optimization, business and enterprise architecture, quality management, project management, organization transformation, and overall business management (i.e., by  governance), system definition and implementation services.
